Does anyone here remember the original Zoids? Normally referred to as 'Classic Zoids'. God that was one of the greatest animes EVER created. The storyline, the characters, everything! Raven, Zeek and Shadow were my favorite characters :D Van wasn't that bad either. Opinions?

OK, now I remember what you're talking about. Van was the kid that drove (piloted?) the big tigerbot, then he found the baby T-rex bot that fuses with it and powers it up? I really vaugely remember it, but I didn't think it was that bad. I mostly remember the toys that you built and they walked around on their own. They were cool for their time.

i loved the series alot, i
i loved the series alot, i wish they had included the japanese audio. problem is that they had cut so much from the series that syncing the japanese audio to what they had would be next to impossible. i found that out from a site that had translated the japanese version of zoids. if they did have the japanese audio in the dvds i would have bought it then, but since they didn't i didn't see the point in buying it when i could easily record it off of tv when it was airing. so i never bought the dvds. but it was a great series, i like how zoids vs. 1 and 2 followed this series and the battle between the republic and empire.
