why do Americans get better selection of Manga anime

I used to get quite a lot of anime in the 90's and I only remember Manga doing them
so where can I get a good selection of them from Amnerican sites, I am subscribed to Manga force but we dont have dominon tank police on DVD here for example

I find that I can find all of the anime I buy even cheaper than rightstuf on amazon.com though rightstuf can have cheaper stuff when they have sales so it's pretty awesome actually.
