first gaara would attack itachi and itachi would die cause gaara would go all jinchuriki on him!then it would just be him and vegeta and he would hide in his sand and vegeta would win with his big bang cause gaara's sand isn't that strong!!

Vegeta can go super saiyan
Vegeta can go super saiyan 3, while Itachi can use his Sharingan to trace his movements and perhaps torture him. Gaara had the one tail but I haven't seen him in action afterwards so I can't tell exactly how good he is anymore, but he is still kage level. Probably Vegeta would win, he could break the jutsu with the shear power of going super saiyan.
