Well half of you (666 )know i just don't care but there are a lot of private forum topics out there and people are gaining points off off that........... some of the topics have not the slightest relevance to anime.......... not to mention that i enjoy reading some of these.......... but anyhow people are gaining points and rank and taking advantage of this situation........... well I'm not outraged i think it's ingenious... so i guess I'll just do the same and piss everyone off by making more nonsensical topics and replying to ridiculous forum topics that make incomplete nonsense.... and i will do this just to make points..... since it seems that that is the purpose..... currently this is not a chatroom and i see chat everywhere i turn.... isn't manga supposed to be about manga or anything closely related!!!!!!????????????

how many forums here stay on topic all the time. half of them devulge into random topics. i have talked about almost everything on here at one point or another. i remember talking about jobs on peoples kids in a forum devoted to anime and where is the harm in that? i say let it be what it is...a spot for socialization...that is what all forums are basically and we do share relevant info from time to time.

As I see it this area "What's on Your Mind" is supposed to be for "OFF TOPIC" posts not related to anime or manga... so naturally that is what is posted here . Therefore it is fine to post things not 100% related to manga & or anime here.
So anyway, I do enjoy reading them too... there are a lot of interesting"off topic" discussions that do somehow usually end up getting "on topic" LOL!

yeah and it never fails to amaze me how we could just come up with topics to discuss out of the blue *grins* (considering the fact that most of us here haven't even met each other in person... ^_^)
P.S. hmmm that would be nice... meeting you guys in person i mean... lol that's an entertaining thought... if all of us here in Manga get to meet each other, that would be a total blast, right? lol ^_^

I agre, it is amazing how we always find something to talk about considering that none of us have ever pet in person...just goes to show you that when people have things in common it is easy to talk about just about anything *smiles* ^__^
Yes it would be a BLAST if someday we could all meet in person...but that would cost money to travel to where the gathering would be and there are a lot of us here that are kinda young that couldn't afford to travel. So if there ever was a "convention" of sorts there might have to be regional / local ones, know what I mean.
