This is an old topic XD But thanks everyone! Im actually working on a Prototype chapter im calling "GORE" and I might post it on a few sites to get some feedback and if its good ill work on it some more. I havent gotten to drawing a final copy yet. It's called "GORE". I finished character design (Actually that was easy since I have had what they look like in my head for a long time LOL!) If you want to know what I have so far for the storyline, here it is:

It starts out with lights flashing in the main characters eye's but like your looking in them (Like a first person veiw) then it shifts to behind the lights and looking at a tall dark shadow. Then a man with a white trenchcoat and light armor on and black hair calls out "Brain!" "Yes?" "How many?..." Brian picks up the walkie talkie he was holding in his hand and suddenly it goes silent. The man in the white trench-coat asks with emphasis "Well?" and he sadly replies "Two..." "Good, kill it"

Then the veiw changes again to a close up eye with the pupils still wide staring into the light. Then it moves down to its mouth with sharp teeth inside, then below that an un proportionate arm with three fingers with claws at the end of it. Then it shows his whole body. A seven foot man-like monster. In the background an armyman (He is surrounded by the army in a patch of grass at the edge of a forrest. Gunfire shoots at him but he runs away dodging every one. He runs towards the forrest and a solider gets in his way. The bullets miss him and the monster slashes the man in two.

Brain looks away with grief as the man in the white coat lights up a cigarette. But they watch on as the monster jumps into the forrest. The man in the white coat says "Pursue it..." as calm as day. Brain grins a small smile of relief to only hear from behind "We found one." Brians eyes widen as he turns around to see another monster pinned down by three soldiers blindfolded and muzzled. He was screaming but the cloth around his mouth prevented anyone from understanding what it was saying. The man in white says "Kill it." a solider takes out his gun and puts it to the back of it's head. But its squirming made the cloth from his mouth fall off. He shouted "I dont want to die!" and  repeatedly shouts please, please, please before the solider pulled the trigger from his hand gun and with a loud bang he it was silenced.

The monster that escaped in the forrest ran and ran and ran as fast as it could. He kept running until he found himself at the edge of a city. He runs into a couple taking a late night stroll through the city and the lady screams. The monster with fear shouts "M-M-MONSTER!!!!!!"

Then it goes to a page saying "GORE Prototype" with some detailed drawing or what ever.

~10 Years Later~ 

Then it shows him in an apartment sitting on a couch, depressed, watching television in an old run down motel. Then in walks a young blonde hair blue eyed girl who was about 17 years old with a grocery bag in her arms.

Thats as far as I have gotten so far... When he shouted "MONSTER", well, im not sure if I like it... because he does not seem afraid of the army but he is frightened of the humans... I will try and fix that... and I know I am forgetting something that I have come up with so far... I dont have it with me right now.

... is name of manga from anywhere outside of japan, it's also known as worldwidemanga.A number of manga publishing companys will publish OEL/worldwide manga,including:Del Ray, Tokyopop,Darkhorse Comics and Seven Seas.Just remember to draw the comic in the american panel placement format, in other words from left to right not the traditional japanese way of right to left.Basicly it will a graphic novel with manga style artwork, so keep that in mind.

Yeah, just cause your not an american doesn't mean you can't be a manga artist athough if you wanted to use a pen name then you could do that like Kotatsu isn't my real name I just made it up cause it has a nice ring to to, ya know what I mean.

Actually, Yes, an American can become  manga artist. There are a couple of them out there, Bizenghast is written and drawn by an American, she lives in South Carolina. Just keep drawing and developing the story and characters until you feel comfortable submitting it to a company.
