I want to start a new Fourm Topic....

Konnichiwa Everyone! I wanted to start a new Fourm Topic for general talking and stuff... Where we can talk about anything in general and it won't matter if we go off topic or not... But when I tried to do it I couldn't submit it. Maybe some here could help me figure it out. Arigatou gozai-masu!
