Hi,I've been looking for this manga but not sure what the title of it is.

It's about a robot girl created by a scientist guy and he lets her go to school and stuff to learn about being human. Later on this guy falls in love with her and wanted to marry her but she's a robot so does not understand the whole love thing. And in the end I think the scientists lab exploded or something and she was destroyed, in the reckage this guy finds the ring he gave to her.
 

Somehting like that,a friend told me about it a couple years back. She said it was called "Doll Face" but I tried looking for it but no luck (don't get to talk to her much so can't ask) , maybe it has a different name?....maybe someone in here knows it..please help!! thanx
