i ran across this site about a year ago. it has anime music with the lyrics in phonetic japanese and translated into english.  videos are amvs or the original japaneese music videos.  the site also has j-rock and game music lyrics as well.

But 4shared has a lot of anime music too, but it also has other kind of music...
