it's a movie...i also think there is a short 13 episode series. it takes place during the tokugawa shogunate and it is about the swordsman jubei. basically he is roped into fighting some demons and the dark shogun who want to take over japan. i'll have to rewatch it again, i think the animation was done by the same guys who did vampire hunter d.

Dont know when theyll play it again. Ovation tv has been playing alot of anime lately. (channel 274 on direct tv). Last night they played both Ghst in the shell and Blood the last vampire. Tonight they are playing tokyo godfathers.

thanks for the info. thought i saw a channel listed as ova on my guide screen (for me it is 157). I didn't know they played anime and apparently blood last vampire replays tomorrow :) !!! I've also heard COLRS plays anime from someone but i haven't seen any. And about Ninja Scroll, if you reach godhood one of the randomly selected films you get is ninja scroll (which is what i got, so keep posting!!)
p.s. which ghost in the shell was it? Ghost in the shell, Ghost in the shell 2: Innonence, or Ghost in the shell solid state society? I haven't seen the third one so if it was that maybe I'll catch a rerun.

the motion aspect of the wii is cool but i think it detracts from graphics. with the force unleashed video game it seemed to have retro graphics. 360 is probably the best to make it seem like real life.
