I actually haven't seen the older one. I did watch Appleseed EX Machina (I think that's what it's called) and I found it interesting. However, I didn't like how they made Briarios' voice higher pitched. Yes, I don't know how to spell his name...

I suppose you have a point. I kind of felt like I was drunk for a while, but I've gotten used to the CG.

anime only looks good with
anime only looks good with cg when its an action scene like in KARAS appleseed's cg looked like the movie beowolf to natural to be natural but it doesn't work out for rthis movie because it's anime

CG 2004
I bought the 2004 CG version directed by Shinji Aramaki from Best Buy yesterday. It caught my eye since Appleseed is a product of Shirow Masamune, who's work I am extremely into.

its a pretty good movie but what Appleseed movie did you get the one the has computer graphics or the original that is kinda old and animated?? botha great:)
