The Major vs Batman - who would win?

As stated in the subject line. Who would win? Now we all know both fight for justice. But what if something was to happen that The Major would go up against Batman, who would come out better? I just saw Batman and there is a part where he has to go to Asia to retrieve a bad guy. But now Batman is on The Major's turf. So the question isn't about going toe to toe, but if both had to get the same bad guy (The Major works within the law, Batman is a vigilante) and both were an interference to one another to get the bad guy. Who would win? Oh I like the part where Batman hacks the cell phones. Jeez, wonder whre that came from.

I'll say the major hands down. If batman and the major went after the same guy the major would win. I also know if Batman and the major were to fight eachother, the major would win that too hands down. she could even kill him to. The major is one chick i'll never want to mess with. She's one HOT bada$$ chick. HA HA HA.

i would have to say that it would be a draw. between the 2 of them cuz they are bouth very very good fighters and they are very much in to tech. and they are bouth thinker's .they use there head's and so that is why i would say that it is a draw and nothing more or less then that.

Motoko Kusanagi would most
Motoko Kusanagi would most likely win in a fight. Don't get me wrong, Batman would put up an admirable resistance, but Kusanagi would pull out in front. One, she is a Major and served in the Ground Self Defense Army and has much military experiance. Two, she's a cyborg with a military issue prosthetic body. That's all that I need to say.
