Maybe if it's okay im gonna start advirtising for this site (on FB, School, Ect [cause it's kinda boring]) so is that okay to do?? =. (oh and no payment needed)

here behave themselves... I used to like myspace but then we just kept getting all these people who wanted to be down right filthy and nasty and I left.Love... is just a different kind of pain.

i believe it is okay if you tell your friends, but if you create a page and try to pass it off as officially from manga there might be problems. you'd have to be explicit that it is a fan page, not them.

it is not illegal to promote a product or website without a company's permission. however, if you try to pass yourself off as being officially connected to them and act in inappropriately you can damage a company's reputation. if you make a group page about manga make sure you explicitly state that it is a fan page.
