Petshop of Horrors OVA Anime Re-licensed

I have read all the manga volumes of Petshop of Horrors, but the anime version was licensed by Urban-Vision and is OUT-OF-PRINT!!!!!!!!!! TT__TT

Is it possible that Manga Entertainment can license the Petshop of Horrors OVA Anime?

I never seen the anime version. I remember Ninja Scroll the movie is licensed by manga ent. already and urban-vision licensed the TV series version already.
