Hello Everyone,

I am excited to be a member....I would like to put my art skills to drawing some characters, can anyone help me with the best way to start from scratch. Photoshop, illustrator or any software out there....

As far as what software to use, all I can tell you is that my daughter uses PhotoShop and she does really well with it.

She draws in a sketch book, scans them in, and inks & colors them on PhotoShop. She wants to do graphic arts as a career...but also she loves working with animals...which is why she mainly draws wolves & lions.
