'My manga' forum?

This is suggestion, that I think would be very popular.
How about making a forum that people could post their artwork and manga ideas? They could get critiques from others and help develop their own manga.
As a mangaka, I would love to have this forum. :3 I would love to hear people's opinions on my manga ideas.
