omg i like watching death note but i usually like to watch animes that end good. i cant tell if this one will end good or bad!!! somebody please tell me that it ends good!!!!

yeah the end has come
There was really no way else for it to end, but i was sad about light and what happened to Missa? What about Light's mom and sister, knowing Light is Kira what happened to them. I liked the end to the second movie, they wrapped things up better."Those who live in darkness wander aimlessly."

I agree, the ending to the second movie was much better, although the last scene the guy who played light's acting was kinda cheesy i thought, but oh well haha. "Don't doubt the darkness, it can be your enemy as well as your friend."
Never give the ending
the ending of a show should never be splashed acrossed the etheri and my minions would have gladly shone some light and guided your misguided attempts to find the ending dvdand either give you a site to view it from or where to buy it at for the best price... The path to conquest leaves nothing else to be desired!!!!

at first i kinda thought that light should live but after a while he just lost it. and if you really look at it he was doomed the first time he picked up the note book...

Yea you're right he was doomed when he picked up the note book, it was Ryuks plan from the begging b/c he told Light that he would be the one to write his name in the note book. Poor Light was just to overly cofindent and took it too far leading to his demise : ( it was just interesting to see how he would kill the person who was trying to stop him. Kept me wanting to see more ^_^
I love the anime but
I hated the ending cause light dies why did he have to die WHY!!!

I agree. It would have also been interesting to see what would happen if light found away to kill Near and He and Misa could have continued to be Kira.
