tokko is about some alchemist who collect these shards and summon a persian demon known as dirge. the demon kills everyone in the apartment complex and mark the survivors and leaves them with a latent power. tokko was a special divisionof the police to hunt demons and keep them secret from the public. so the story follow shindo and his sister who are survivors and they try to discover the secret of the machida massacre. I will devour their hearts and crap out their souls. They will all taste oblivion....which tastes just like red bull...which is disgusting. -O'malley (RvB)
