I like Ishida from Bleach, he doesn't talk that much and is good at solving problems that the whole group encounter.  He really thinks things through before acting and remains calm in just about every situation.

 

I also like Kiske from Bleach ( Mr. Hat & Clogs as he is otherwise known as) he is pretty cool too.
