I like creating new characters; it's fun to me, especially when I randomly think of an idea for my own stories. Sometimes fanfiction, sometimes not. Either way I would like to hear all about your new character(s). I'd like their names and powers and weapons, anything you'd like to tell.
One of my characters is named Shiori Owatari. She's from Bleach. Hitsugaya and meets her through her dead sister who refuses to pass over until she's looked after, and so he decides to do as bid and promises the soul whom he personally delivers to the Soul Society. Shiori isn't exactly normal either.....but she ends up dying after getting close to Hitsugaya and the gang that were stationed in the human world. He blames himself and searches endlessly for her, years later she's finally found, but not by him and he's changed throughout the long years because of it. BTW: Yes, it's a romance story. FYI: Most of mine are, but yours doesn't have to be!!!!

-Special skills/abilities: Shade (loosely defined as werewolf); innate charm; incredible physical strength.
-Distinguishing features: Green eyes; black hair; boyish, cheerful face.

I'm not going to reveal hardly anything due to the fact that I am trying to contact Shirow Masamune for publication. My character is part of the Ghost in the Shell manga/anime. She is a high ranking military officer who is currently serving as the Chief of Ground Staff of the Japanese Self Defense Force. Her name is Hatsumi Shinobi (Shinobi is not her family's original last name) and she is a cyborg with a full prosthetic body. Most of my character's story and such is explained in my season script that I am working on and I am halfway finished. I have 4 drawings on My Manga page if you guys wish to check them out. The Shadow Freedom
I have created not my own chararter, but my own Gundam. It's systems & wepons are almost identical to the Strike Freedom's used by Kira Yamato. It has the same Dragoon System in it's wings, the same energy shields both of it's arms and machine guns in it's sholder and head. Besides the color of the machine there is only one other differnce. Unlike the Strike Freedom that has two Beam Sabers, and two beam rifles. The Shadow Freedom only has one beam saber & one beam rife, because it carries a long chain weapon with a long blade at one end of the chain and a short blade at the other. The blades are surrounded by beams which makes them like beam sabers, or the beams can be deactivated and then they can used like normal blades (Think of it as a chain with a beam saber attached to one end & a beam dagger attached to the other). The chain can be used as both an offensive & deffensive wepon. Because of it's nuclear engine along with the Stike Freedom & Infante Justice the Shadow Freedom is one of the three most Powerful Gundams ever built. And because of the pitch blach color of the machine & the dark purple color of it's beams the the machine is not completely invisible, but in certain area such as space it is very hard to see. Because of that, and the fact that it can travel over short distaces at very high speeds; of the three gundams it is the best at sneak attacks.

I have too his name is Toto he's a ninja who has telepathic powers and he accedentily killed his whole clan when he hit puberty and his powers went crazy. the story is he has to deal with his clans death and figure out how and why he got these powers and at the same time bounty hunters are trying to kill him for his crimes and he had one other person in his clan with the same powers hunting him too. it takes place in a futureistic olden time kind of setting kind of like naruto except with acctual ninjas not boys who think there ninjas even though you can see his face and he's wairing orange

Mine is Princess Tsuna, she is the leader of WIND. Tsuna and her people called wings are fighting a battle against the goverment organization S.O.L.E. She isn't your average princess she fights in the battles too. She doesn't like being spoiled and loves to be on an equal level with the wings. She and some of the other wings were taken when they were youngerand experimented on. She now has the element power of Wind, her main weapon is called a breeze. It's rod that multiplies her power by up to 10 times.

Well, I was working on a fan fiction for Bleach. Basically it takes place during the filler arc in Hueco Mundo. It's about a arrancar named Pedro Bramante who has to hunt down a soul reaper in the forest of the menos. Basically he at first hunts down the soul reaper Tomoko Hitomi but eventually turns on Aizen after regaining his memories of his life during the Shimbara rebellion.
