I say yes to Kuwabara...and then there's Ryo in Shaman King....and then there's the villian Tarukane from Yu Yu Hakusho and there are a lot of Uglies in the manga Fairy Tale....one guy makes me shudder....
I honestly don't think that Isshin is that Ugly....Kenpachi is though....and so are Kisame and Zetsu from Naruto Shippuden....
