Which anime and/or manga character has the best fighting style.

Just asking becouse i'm having a hard time choosing.So tell me what you guy's and girl's thank.

aoshi is from rurouni kenshin and is the leader of the oniwbanshu, ninja who protect edo castle. he uses kodachi or short swords that are suppossed to be used for defense. he uses them for offense in a sword dance technique.
