It all depends on how big you want the poster.
if you have a program like photoshop it shuouldnt be a problem, it will be even better if you can get adobe illusrtator and create a vector of astro boy, then you can go as big as you want. There are some great anime wallpaper sites that bring out some great stuff,if you have a specific picture that you want to have as a poster you can always just take it to the printers and see if they cant help you out.
