Building a Anime webpage

I'm trying to build a anime web page,but I don't know where to begin. Does anyone know where i can start up my page that doesn't cost a whole lot of money. The page will consist of sub and dub anime,movies, news updates of anime and games on all systems as well as updates of events like anime and comic conventions. If anyone can lend me some advice about to get this up and running would be very much appreciated.

You could make a myspace profile or a page on facebook. youtube might also be good (i've seen some comic book stores use videos to review comics). http://www.webs.com/ is also free.

I don't know how you could get sponsors. if you plan on forking some money over, you could buy add space to advertise your page. then you could also find similar pages about anime and contact their administrators. get their permission so you can post links on their page. this would up the number of hits on it.

What i really need now is connections like the admins to this website. The things that i need help with are setting up the site, getting video for the anime series up and running,and how to get sponsors.Cause what I want on the website is dub and sub anime shows, a anime/live action movie section, a store,and forums for the members. Does anyone know how to get in contact with this site's admins?
