I really like season 8. I've only seen a few of the epi. but so far I like it a lot...I'm playing catchup on the web... A friend of my daughters calls it a "filler" because it is a totally different story. Season 7 was good and I can't wait to see if season 9 will pick up where it left off. I mean Tite Kubo can't just leave it hanging like that, not knowing if they actually beat Aizen and his accomplices in their plot against the Soul Society. I want to get the manga and read it fron the beginning... but I know that will take time & cash to get them all... I have been told that the manga is as good if not better then the show. it's true that season eight is filler because it doesn't havre a manga attached to it because the author needs time to creat more material. If memory serves me correctly the bount arc which is currently playing on adult swim did not originally have a manga with it as well. just because it is filler does not make it any less. it is still bleach and i would rather have filler episodes then no new episodes at all. that's only one fans opinion though.

i know how hard it is to keep my mouth shut about shows that people don't nessesarly keep up with like i do. I watch bleach online as soon as the episodes get subtitled and want to have a conversation about the eighth season but most people don't keep up with it like i do. My fiance says i'm fanatical about bleach. if i didn't know better i might be insulted by the comment. "Those who live in darkness wander aimlessly."

What's your favorite part in Season 8? If there is a favorite part... I mean the whole season was fantastic in my opinion. i only buy the dubbed dvds as they come out so only own11 bleach dvds. i admit buying the original subtitled would be cool but with the dubbed you get both versions and i don't want to spead the money and end up with two copies...i have a lot of anime to buy.
