I've been trying to remember the name of a show watched a while back only caught a few episodes on adult swim, the guy s arm transformed kinda like chads on bleach and the people he lived with where like outlaws or something. The people that had the powers like him where either outlaws or part of the army and they kept trying to recruit him and stuff

The guy would hit stuff and be like"first shot!" and stuff would explode the people wasnt really outlaws more like outcast either you where in the army or an outcast. think the guy had red or orange hair. Didnt run very long i dont think but seemed like a pretty good show. Come on peoples think!

Okay, so before Adult Swim there was toonami which was basically Adult Swim back in the day and on toonami they had a show that sounds a lot like a show called "Outlaw Star". So that may be it. i tried all the suggestions but none are the one im thinking of. It sorta puts you in mind of code geass because of the royal army and the outsiders. All the army could do special stuff and if you could and didnt join you where an outcast and had to go into hiding and the main character was one of the baddest ones. The army had white uniforms I think
