Ages ago (7 years plus) I saw an anime movie and thought it was great.

Obviously not great enough to remember its title, or an indepth plot etc.

All I can remember:

That either the good guy or bad guy uses ummm

a pole-vault like device to escape from a skyscaper/apartment.

It might have been a small stick that turns into the long pole...

What movie is this from?

I thought it might have been Golgo 13...only because I felt like the story

might have revolved around a hitman...

It was dubbed into english as well.

I tried to look for the movie via googling such bare facts...to no avail.

I'm not too sure if I'll ever find it...any help appreciated ;)

Oh and the drawings/cells looked more clean cut compared to golgo...i think.
