This is a really good show and I've been watching it for a while now. If you like anime about demons & samurai then I suggest you give this one a try. The story is excellent and there's a lot of fighting sequences in it...lots of action!

Kyoshiro Mibu and Demon Eyes Kyo stem from the same person
For love Kyoshiro gave up his fighting spirit and it was put into the perfect
body totally suited and adapted for battles or whatsoever
And Kyoshiro doesn't perform as medicine an he loses his memory and becomes a medicine man...
I won't go to much in depth..... but always remember...

First of all DemonicDarkMaster....I'm an anime fan, you got that right *grins*... I haven't claimed to be an expert or the "go to guy" by any means... I know that this is a public forum...
I'm a female... ( Niji-Hana means Rainbow Flower in Japanese)... I did know that Kyo & Kyoshiro are the same person and that he gave up his fighting spirit for love... My rank is now Otaku Monster on here for what it is worth *grinning*...
The information that I posted about the show is a quote from a summary on the tv.com
site & I didn't write it personally... Anyway, I just thought it would be helpful to those that haven't ever seen it and posted it to this forum..... As far as a relationship is concerned, well we're just new friends on this forum... Gin seems to have a lot of the same interests as me and we seemed to hit it off.... Here is the summary from tv.com:
n the 1600s, the battle of Seikigahara is fought between the Western Army and the Ieyasu Tokugawa's Eastern Army. During the battle, two samurai face off, one known as Kyoshiro, the other known as Demon Eyes Kyo (killer of a thousand men). As the battle rages on, an unexpected falling star crashes into the ground overwhelming both samurai.Years later, Kyoshiro, performs as a medicine man, roams the land with a past he can not recall. Soon, he realizes that he is not alone for his enemy's soul, Demon Eyes Kyo, is now within him. When Kyoshiro encounters the bounty hunter Yuya Shiina, an unexpected turn of events occur causing the sweet Kyoshiro to retreat having the soul of Demon Eyes Kyo take over the body of Kyoshiro. The world will soon discover why Kyo is called a demon.
