hey, wait a sec..
I'm actually working on my own book. It's titled Eminar. It's not done yet but I hope to complete it soon. One of the main characters is named Xehort and he's actually a creation by a mad scientist.

I find that this question, although a great discussion starter, may not be the best...If I told my ideas for manga/anime that I have, which I do, whose to say that these ideas wouldn't be stolen? None of our ideas, if placed on here, would be copyrighted therefore anyone could steal an idea and run with it...I'm not saying that this question is a bad idea, and I would love to discuss my ideas and get advice and suggestions but I don't want my ideas to be used by others, especially if somehow they find fame with it! That would just upset me...hopefully you understand where I'm coming from. I don't mean to upset anyone by this...I'm just stating my opinion.

i deffinately agree with you on that. i mean, i've got loads of ideas for manga's and i've already got the fictional charcaters ready for it, but i'm just too scared that my ideas would be stolen. it would just upset me way too much :-(

It definitly wouldn't be wise to post ideas where people could take them, but instead of saying ideas you don't want stolen say ideas you don't care about that way the topic isn't wasted. see what I'm saying besides this is a really good topic!

I agree with you there. The topic is good, but under the terms of use it is very clear that anything we post here is the property (ideas included) of Manga.com so it would not be real wise to give free info to an established company.
