There are a lot of them out there.Some of the good ones are Animefreak.tv , Funimation.com , Youtube.com, Joost.com, Hulu.com , and justdubs.com.They have both dubbed and ...yuck subbed... anime on them.
I don't understand why people don't like subtitled anime
I mean yes you have to read bu honestly it's not that hard and it was meant to be seen in japaneese. There is so much good anime out there that people are missing because they don't like subbed episodes.

zomganime.com is good, cyt most of it is subtitled and they don't have anything from funimation. crackanime is another good site for subtitled anime and they do have funimation shows. If you would rather not read subtitles there is justdubs.net and crackdubz.com hope that will help you.

you should go to www.crunchyroll.com it's really cool, well for me and the're giving Naruto Shippuden on there now, so cool, and if you want to watch anything that has romance, fantasy, and drama, my compliments to Shugo Chara, they are so cute. Oh and you can also go to www.animetv.web44.net you can see vampire knight on it and naruto shippuden and bleach.
