how is sasuke more powerful than naruto?

I personaly think naruto's juricui is more powerful than sasuke's secondstate cursmark.

allows himself to lose purposefully to sasuke. Also Sasuke has the Sharingan but if what i heard is true

Naruto will inherit a sharingan eye also just as kakashi did but this statement is just a rumour. I haven't further progressed into the series as yet for my attention right now is on bleach.
