Uploading pictures

I was trying to upload a few pic (tag along my post in forums) but find the tool a bit difficult to use. Is there a way not to upload a website first but to upload directly from the computer?

Just click the My Manga ling
Just click the My Manga link at the top, then click Edit (between the View and Personal Files tabs), scroll down to the Picture area, click browse, locate the image on your computer and double click on it (note: the size cannot be greater than 80x80 or more than 40kb in file size). After that, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.
Ok, I got it to upload one
Ok, I got it to upload one of my new avatars, but when I went to change it, it deleted the one I had, gave me nothing, then when I went to upload a new one, it gave me the one that was just deleted!It either gives me nothing, or the avatar that I'm trying to change!
