Who are the top fighters of manga history?

I'm just curious to know who the best are, now i haven't read that much manga so this'll help, though in my opinion the saiyan race are all on the top list no doubt haha Anyhow please enlighten me

Any character that's appeared in the pages of Shonen Jump probably. Aside from that? the protagonists of Yu Yu Hakusho, Afro Samurai, Ryu, Ken, the rest of the Street Fighter cast.

There are a LOT of great fighters in anime.

Alucard,Lucy,Stark,Anderson,can easily Kill Goku in the matter of seconds Besides Lucy and and Alucard can destroy him within 10 seconds besides SS3 would be useless here a top fighter is pointless in the world of Anime each story is different ~ The True User Of Mangekyō Sharingan 15,000 points ~
