i haven't seen it. the mangaka also did metropolis, that was a good movie. it is now on the instant queue on netflix and i saw it on starz a few weeks ago.

Do you mean the manga, anime, or the new movie? The movie was surprisingly good (for kids, I guess), but the manga was kind of...ish. Hey, wasn't Astro Boy the very first manga invented? It was kinda cool to see how the first mangaka drew his artwork. I've also seen the anime which is also pretty good, if you're a kid. I remember watching it when I was younger so that's why I like it so much.

I really didnt like it... every time i hear that name i can feel the frustration rise.
I think my dislike may have something to do with the fact that my little brother insisted on watching it about 4 time everyday foe a week!!!!!!
maybe ill sit sown and give it another chance?
