The classic Sci-fi movie starring Harrison Ford is on BBC right now...who else has seen it? It is a good movie. I might look into getting the books based off of it by K.W. Jeter; he wrote the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy for Star Wars (The Mandalorian Armor, Slave ship and Hard Merchandise).

Bladerunner was originally a
Bladerunner was originally a book called do androids dream of electric sheep by Phillip k. dick. It was made into a movie called Bladerunner by Ridley Scott starring Harrison Ford. The movie is basically about a futuristic earth were genetically created androids are used as slave labor on planetary colonies. These robots are forbidden on earth and a group of them infiltrate earth to get to their creator. Harrison Ford is a cop known as a bladerunner who specializes in tracking down androids. after the movie came out, K.W. Jeter wrote a series of novels that sought to fill in discrepancies between the original novel and the movie and expounded on some of the concepts. hopefully this answers your questions.
