Who can fit into the superhero category? It can be anyone...
Superheroes in American
Superheroes in American comics are generally defined as people who have suffered some tragedy in their past, like Peter Parker and the death of his Uncle and later Gwen Stacy's accidental death at his own hands. This motivates the hero to become a vigilante and take the law into their own hands, however, because of this they need a secret identity (not always the case like Iron Man). Superheroes also suffer an unfortunate accident or somehow gain powers by birth or technology that gives them power. Daredevil lost his sight due to radioactive waste but he gained power with his other senses, Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider, the Hulk was created by the Gamma Bomb, Mutants are born with their powers, etc. Not all anime/manga would fit into this. Gohan has a secret identity as Saiyaman and Ichigo hides the fact that he is a soulreaper from his friends and family.

And you can find many other Superhero like anime in mahou shoujo anime(magical girl anime)

Yo.
Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho could count...and so could Kurama *same series* cuz they were hiding it from their families and also Kurama became Kurama because Yoko was running from a bounty hunter and was on the verge of death and Yusuke did die... Kagome Higurashi of Inuyasha could also count since she's living the double life and her friends don't know.
That's all that comes to mind at the moment.
Oh yeah,
