While Light and L are incredibly easy. Another easy one that takes just a bit of cash is Sven Vollfied. Just a off white suite, cheap dark blue dress shirt, dark red tire, wicker hat w/ right color cloth for the hat band, eye patch, metal case and green hair die. I spent about only 60 bucks I think and I got a complete cosplay outfit that doubles for when I need to dress for a party <.<
