Who do I need to contact in order to submit a manga story. I've thought of the plot and currently writing the character scripts and developing characters right now. Any information would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

I don't think we should be bounded by the T&C coz many websites have the same T&C anyway but I think we should get sharing among us... if you're worriedwhy not just a draft first and we can also give you feedback..

I know that many websites have the same TOU, but I've never seen them enforced before. They have been removing posts that might even VAUGELY violate the TOU, so I wouldn't put it past them to enforce the "you post it and it's ours" rule.
