Check the character forum and stop asking and start reading but the steps are! Possess your idea2create your characters 3give them personalitiesdraw them using the prescribed materials and/ or sketch them and there is a computerprogramme that animates your sketches.... The path to conquest leaves nothing else to be desired!!!!

if u want to learn how to draw manga i'd suggest going to barnes and noble and go to the art section. they should have a book that helps capture the style. other then that u'd need to come up with a story and characters, basically draw them from stuff u like.
