Hey, I am wondering how many like jpop here? I've been listening to a lot of BoA and I have a few other favorites. Anyone have any favorites or ones they don't like?

Wow people are responding! I first started liking J-pop when I started watching Gundam Wing on Cartoon Network. I did a search and found out what j-pop is. I now have T.M Revolution CDs and one by Megumi Hayashibara.

t.m. revolution did the ending to rurouni kenshin, heart of the sword. they are a good band. recently i was watching another anime but i can't remember which one it was that had one of there songs as a opening/ending. it might have been gundam 00 or maybe fma but i might be mistaken. and i like the ballad version of northern lights by megumi hayashibara. there is a cool amv of enishi yukishiro from rurouni kenshin ova that uses that song.

My favorite site to go to is www.animelyrics.com/ It has the lyrics of anime songs and jpop songs as well as flash videos. It's free to join and you can add all the videos and songs you like to a song box. I go out there at least a few times a week.

I listen to a lot of j-pop music while my brother listens to j-rock. I don't mind it but I prefer something I can dance to or a softer beat.

i think i'm j-rock. i like orange range, uverworld, l'arc-en-ciel..but i do like listening to j-pop as well. i'm usually introduced 2 a band through anime and then if i like em i go on the internet and try to find more of their songs.

*raises hand* I LOVEZ IT! you should check out Ami Suzuki and hitomi theres too many other great artists to choose from0.o and if you like BoA then you should also check out K-pop its just as good as J-pop:D You Are My Sweetest Downfall♥
