Hello, I am currently in the thought process for creating a new manga novel series. If anyone would like to give me a reply as to what they feel they are missing in any of the already established manga novels, this would be great. Besides this, if you have any side thoughts on this subject, lemme know and I will definitely take this into account. I appreciate any replies, and I look forward to your thoughts. Thank you!
manga that attract both gender
I think nowadays the story is a bit either for boys or for girls I miss story that attract both audience (I think Ranma is pretty good in doing that) just think too much boys comic in the market for me... I like story based in historical background as well...
i like manga in the
i like manga in the historical background. i also like comedy .
Ok, Could I get more info with historics?
When you say more historical type Manga, what do you mean? You mean like World Wars? If you could elaborate, this would be very helpful! By the way, what is your take on a romantic sci-fi piece? Possibly something to the effect of a comedic look on relationships with the kind of seriousness of Dawn of the Dead or a Vampire novel? Yet it still captures the ideals in a funny or serious way that both boys and girls attest to when they think of the opposite sex? Thanks for the comments and keep them coming. I am hoping to take all of your ideas and one night just brainstorming what I think would cover everyone's genre of choice.
that sounds good in my
that sounds good in my openion.but beshure to put some blood in there."people do not need violence to solve there problems."
BLOOD?! Yes, of course!!
well of course, haha.... No, I am currently developing the characters right now along with the story line. There will defiinitely be blood for sure I can say now.... Haha... Hey, yoshimitsu, would you like to partake in the process and work on this with me? I was just thinkin about the writings bit, you know.
isounds good
Great idea....how do you want to do this???"people do not need violence to solve there problems."
Well, here's what I was thinking.
I am sure that you have read more Manga than I have, no doubt. Here's one of the biggest things that I need help with. I don't really know exactly what kind of romantic/horror/comedy manga novels are already out there. WHat would you think of doing a quick research job to see? After that, you can help me with developing the storyline. Cool? thanks for caring at all! hahaha Peace, love, and rock and roll
upon research
i can't see anyone ever being made, beside's inuyasha and thats missing horror.all the manga i see are missing at least one of those three thing's.so if you do this,it would be the first one of it's kind."people do not need violence to solve there problems."
gd one on romantic sci-fi
I think the best one out there is Macross, but hey.. I can't think of any other good ones on romantic sci-fihistorical background: not world war (it is getting a bit boring) but something that set on 'historical' background. I like Kenshin because it is set in meiji period... for example, I like Japanese history as it is just a bit mysterious for me..but there are plenty of 'background' out there that not been used. For example, Indian fairy tales.. (Saito Chiho tried but it is for girls...)
maybe something a little
maybe something a little more Shawn of the Dead than Dawn of the Dead.
Now, that's exactly what I thought!
To tell you the truth, that was exactly along the lines I am thinking. You know, a comedic horror, with a slight romance hit (for the girls) to move along the storyline, especially along the beginning set-up.
that sounds good to me. but
that sounds good to me. but what about the suspence??"people do not need violence to solve there problems."
thank you
i got it and i will mail you shortly."people do not need violence to solve there problems."
Haha, its already gone..
Dude, you were right.. Haha... The e-mail is already gone... Hahaha.. But you did get it for sure? Cool... Go ahead and e-mail me and we will go over the details I wrote up yesterday and the day before. Peace, love, and rock and roll
i think you should
i think you should have a type of ninja and mechanics series where they fite in huge robots that have big huge samari swords with laser sword blades like star wars lol.
sorry to say this but you
sorry to say this but you just discribed half of all the gundom series..."people do not need violence to solve there problems."
i wouldent mind a manga
i wouldent mind a manga about the true yoshimitsu...the demon, the half oni half man...the true king of the samurai.the true demon with the blade.the yoshimitsu that lost his family by his otherside, his demon side...the demon that he's been fighting, the oni side of him."people do not need violence to solve there problems."
well some that appeal to
well some that appeal to me have some historical themes in them like Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin or FMA. so maybe something like that. maybe create a mix of genres that wouldn't fit together normally like a horror comedy thing. "When the heavens do not bring forth justice, man must bring it upon himself to do so. That is the meaning of Jinchuu." -Enishi Yukishiro.
I'd like to see more psychological thrillers
like Death Note! Not a rip off, but you get the idea "Thou art I. I am thou. Thou shalt be blessed when creating Personas of the Headphones arcana....."
like the movie mist read the
like the movie mist read the book and watch the movie take that plot and add something on it make a sort of sequel. the movie and book have a great plot to fall on too"It's Time To Take A Dirt Nap!!" - Dead Leaves, #666
I like to see a story
focused on the bad guy and apocalyptic story
