Both season one and two are now finished, and I don't think they are planning on making a third season. But I really hope i'm wrong, because Gurren Lagann is one of my favorite manga shows.

no i guess not especially when they're powered by galaxies. but it's just a thought ifthey wanted to continue the story, either that or do a prequel of lord genome and make the series have a darker feel like revenge of the sith.
