I'm new to manga, and stumbled upon this site. Then I noticed the red head with glasses on the page. (She slightly resembles me, only prettier.) She's used as my icon at the moment so I can figure out WHO SHE IS?!?! Anyone? I'd appreciate it. :D

she is from the movie strait jacket. it was an 3 episode ova which was later spliced into a movie. you can catch the first two parts on animefuel.com (my other site animefreak.tv had it but apparently the link is broken). the show takes place in an alternate timeline where magic has developed alongside science. if you use it to much you become infected with a disease i think called the maladiction and it transforms you into a demon. so there is a beaurcracy that handles magic and she is apart of it and she helps the unliscened tactical sorceror leiot steinberg.
