I have seen all the Dragonballs and none of them dissapointed me more than this movie,and I am a American who hates this movie.Hopefully Blood will be different.

i didn't see the movie, so they changed that part too? my god did anyone who worked on the movie actually read the manga or watch the anime? goku is an orphan and never attended school (chi chi wanted gohan to go to school because of this), then he meets bulma (is she in the movie?), chi chi is the ox kings daughter and in the commericials she looks like a cheerleader. in south park they say indianna jones was raped...they should've made that show about dragon ball. Hey guys, I'm American and all I have to say is that Goku should most definately be Japanese. I mean, I think it's cool for us to attempt making a movie of Dragon Ball, but it's like...completely messed up. When did Goku go to school? I don't remember Goku and Chi-Chi going to school. I mean, even in the anime of Dragon Ball Z, Chi-Chi said she wanted Gohan to have an education so he wouldn't grow up to be like Goku."You can only be young once, but you can be immature forever! "

I don't think the movie is going to be good. They totally went off coarse with the movie. It really doesn't follow any part of the series at all. It's a shame.

It was supposed to be when Goku was a child, but in this film it was Goku's 18th birthday. The movie was botched up to high heaven, I mean, Master Roshi healed Goku with the Kamehameha wave. Other than that, it over all blew major chunks. "His name is Goku, he's gonna show you, he's gonna help you find the way! "

Well they tried to cram some of the history of the show and made a flukesout of it but all in all they basically created a new version of the original storylinewithout trying to stray from it too much but the general idea of the characterspresent in the show was quite decent.(even i cannot say the show was good) The path to conquest leaves nothing else to be desired!!!!

Hey thanks guys I wasn't to keen on watching the movie anyway but reading your comments and others has convinced me not to entirely. It sounds like it would really spoil my memories of the show, thanks again!Love... is just a different kind of pain.
