 some other cool bad guys i like: udo jinei/kurogasa (kenshin), grimmjow, kariya jin, arturo plateado (bleach), millions knives, midvalley the hornfreak, chapel the evergreen (trigun), mecenary tao, cell, cooler, broly, raditz, kid buu (dragon ball/z), tubalcaine 'dandy man' alahambra, schrodinger (hellsing), ali sanchez (gundam 00), tuguro, yomi, senseui (yu yu hakusho), giovanni (pokemon)...there are alot of cool villains.    "You know what you have to admire? I would say the villians from Gantz , Cabbage boy , The giant bird and The Statues and also Saphiroth but I dont know if I can really add him since he is from a game but off beat animated episodes.
