Bounts are really just a Bleach version of vampires. I thought it was boring watching almost a whole season on them, they died tooo easy for being that powerful and towards the end the storyline started to get weaker. I was happy when they FINALLY ended that.... that is my opinion

I like Udogawa, Kariya,
I like Udogawa, Kariya, Koga, and Yoshino. The Bount Arc was ok, but I felt it spent too much time in the world of the living. Some of the characters could've had more of a backdrop , like the old bount Sawatari. He could've been the one to make Udogawa attack Kariya since he had previously tried to get power from live souls and it prematurely aged him. Once the story went to the soul society, I think the writing got better and the action was faster paced. Bleach, I think, is unique for an anime, because when it has filler arcs it tries to explore aspects about the shows universe.
