Veoh. It's the best site I've found yet. They have full episodes of anime, not chopped up like on Youtube, but you might have to download the player for certain things, like when people post double episodes.

anime fever is good and they have a lot of series. everything is in Japaneese so hope you like subtitles.

Okay guys i have one thing to warn you about.  animelive.net has a lot of series that have been dubbed and they are in english so if you like dubbed it''s a good site. "All of human wisdom can be summed up in two words - wait and Hope."
